C2S Energy is growing fast, and we are looking for experienced Insulation Installers and Crew Leads who know the Mass Save program inside and out.

We respect the skill it takes to dense-pack a wall correctly or air-seal a tight attic. If you are tired of inconsistent hours or disorganized management, come work for a company that treats pros like pros.

What You Will Do:

  • Install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass batts, and spray foam.
  • Execute comprehensive air sealing (attics, basements, chases).
  • Perform dense-pack wall insulation (tube fill) to Mass Save standards.
  • Optional: Lead a crew and mentor junior installers.

What We Need From You

2+ Years Insulation Experience
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transport
Knowledge of Mass Save Standards
Comfortable on ladders & in tight spaces
