C2S Energy is a "One-Stop Shop" for Mass Save energy efficiency. We don't just inspect homes; we fix them. We are looking for hardworking installers to join our heat pump division.

You don’t need a refrigeration license to apply—we need hands-on mechanics who are ready to work. You will learn a valuable trade in one of the fastest-growing industries in the country.

What You Will Do:

  • Install high-efficiency mini-splits & heat pumps.
  • Perform general construction tasks (drilling, mounting, basic carpentry).
  • Learn vacuum and charging procedures from Lead Techs.
  • Make homes more comfortable and energy-efficient.

What We Need From You

Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transport
Ability to lift 50+ lbs & use power tools
1+ Year Construction experience (Preferred)
A "Can-Do" Attitude & Willingness to Learn
